batch removed thousands of members, now mysql locking site

Immediately after batch removing 14k members (process completed), mysql is now ranging from 200-300% of CPU and completely locking the site even after restarting mysql. Any ideas?

Now it appears the batch tool was just queuing the queries up and jobs.php is still running queries. This is misleading.

Yes, those are user cleanup jobs - it does take some time for those to finish.
