XF 1.5 Banners and Tabs

Two questions, one thread. Hottest help in XF requested.

In XF, you can turn on banner stacking, which is great, but is there a way to only do it selectively? For example, there are several normal member groups, and I only want the highest one to appear, but we have several staff positions, and one can serve in multiple roles. If you have a staff position, I want it to replace your member-group banner with your staff banner(s). Is this possible?

Secondly, many XF plugins create new tabs. Is there a way to sort them? Is there usually a setting in the templates somewhere that I can define a sort order?

The options are global so apply equally to all members.

It depends on how the add-on has added the tab.
You will need to ask in the resource thread.
