Just had this same issue on a few of my sites. I narrowed it down to this CSS:
CSS:
.p-nav-smallLogo img:not([src$=".svg"]) {
width: auto
}
If your logo is an svg, this style is still applied if your logo is something like logo.svg?456789423. The solution for me was to just change the name of my logo, to get rid of that cache buster so that the name could just be logo.svg, and it fixed it. I'm sure there's a way to fix it with CSS, too, by adding something to extra.less but this was easiest for me.
OP site is down already, I'm always amazed how fast people give up on a newer launch, it takes years to become established and content to get people to visit, both take time.

I saw that. I mainly wanted to update this thread because when I googled the issue this was one of the first threads to show up. Maybe it'll help someone else in the future.
