Banned emails not working

I have added the following emails in the "Banned Email Addresses" under "Users":

*@163.com *@yeah.net

However, people with emails addresses from these domains can still register and post.

163.com

They will become:
*163.com
*yeah.net

Sorry, they are still getting through it. This is definitely a bug.

The system works. They should be on new lines. Your original codes should function. If it still doesn't work, disable add ons and try again.

*163.com *yeah.net
Not *@163.com *@yeah.net
