In the current spirit of perverting this thread to etymology, I'm reminded of one time I was driving through some farm country and saw a sign along side a field ahead that read "Herb Farmer" and thought "That's pretty cool, he grows herbs". As I got closer I could see it was an insurance advertizement and the agent's name was "Herb Farmer". Interesting, on this side of the pond we drop the "h" from "herb" unlike the Brits. And yet they seem more in the habit of that than us.
