Go to phpmyadmin to export your database, then make a backup of your forum files. cPanel also offers automatic backups.
Sorry I only know /admin.php area. Is that the cPanel?
No cPanel is a separate software which allows you to manage your server. Ask your web hosting company if they offer cPanel and how to access it.
