Backing up a big board

The board I run is pretty big (IMO): 11M Posts & 7M Conversations (most are individual PMs imported from vB). The dump file from mysqldump is getting rather unwieldy and I was wondering if there are any tables that I can omit from my dump (e.g., xf_bb_code_parse_cache) that I could reasonably get by without backing up/restoring.

In addition to the one you mention, you could also omit the ip table and the search index, although I suspect you're using ES for a site that big.

You could also consider disabling the bb code cache option altogether.
