Background Image glitch please help!

Hello i just want to ask whats wrong with my background image.
Been trying to replace the background to my own image but everytime i check the site on the other browser i get that blue background color instead of the background image.
In chrome the image seems to be normal but using safari , opera and firefox turns out like that please help.

How exactly did you add the image? What CSS? Can you post the forum URL?

If I had to guess I would say try putting the background in HTML instead of Body, and give Body a transparent background. That should make it fill the height of the window regardless of the content.

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Style Properties -> General
