They are trying to charge me $500 to get a private key I sent them from vBulletin Mobile 10 years ago after they left their "Build Your Own" app in shambles without regular updates, increased their monthly fee by 300% for the dead Build Your Own app updates, and were acquired by another company. I am about to reinstall vBulletin, bring back an old domain, turn on the mobile app API, to try to get my private key back. Do not use this company AT ALL COSTS.

They are good people and they provided support for a long time, but their demands are crazy. Never give out your private key.
