XF 1.3 Avatars Not Working

Hey, ever since I transferred my site to a new vps, I have been having trouble with avatars not working properly and friendly links breaking the site. Site is fuzegaming.net I you want to take a look.

Check the /data and /internal_data directories are set to 0777 recursively.

There is a section in the help manual on implementing Friendly URLs.

The avatar doesn't actually exist on the server though: http://fuzegaming.net/forum/data/avatars/m/0/59.jpg
So it has been deleted after being uploaded.
