XF 1.5 Avatars not updating

So, i just done a fresh xenforo install, i just imported the old data directory to the new install but user avatars are still the normal default ones, i can upload new ones and they update but the only ones are not being displayed on the users.

Any one got any suggestions?

Just copying the old data directory won't work as the database needs to be updated, which happens when a member uploads a new avatar.

any query i can run to update it? or does it have to be done manually? we have over 80,000 users

It could be done with a custom script I suppose.
It would likely be quicker and easier though to just get the members to upload their own avatar again.

So what would i need to do? alot of the members are inactive so it wouldnt be ideal

You would have to commission a developer to write a script.
