Duplicate Avatars in Private Conversation List

The avatars in the PC list are currently only beneficial when it's a conversation started by the other person. For PC's I've started, I see my own avatar, which doesn't help me pick out a particular conversation. How about if the recipient's is shown instead of the senders for conversations we initiate.

How then would you differentiate between PCs you start and PCs started by others?

In that case I'd go by the primary recipient. I'm guessing most PC's are two-way anyway.
