Avatars - Big & Tall

Thanks so much for this it works well. I was wondering how can I make the avatar display bigger?

If anyone has an idea, it looks like this currently:

This is just the sort of thing I was looking for. Is there anyway I can get someone to give me a rundown on how to do this on XF 2.1?
