Lack of interest Avatar Settings and seperate User Group for users awaiting e-mail activation

Hi,

I'd like to make two suggestions.

I'm not sure if they've been made already, if they have I do apologise.

- Admins should be able to set avatar dimension permissions
- Seperate User Group for users who have yet to activate their e-mail (like vBulletin)

Is there no seperate usergroup for 'awaiting email confirmation'?

There is the Unregistered / Unconfirmed user group and also the Awaiting email confirmation user state.
