XF 2 Automatically insert Link on specific Word in threads

I am looking for a solution which insert automatically specific URL on specific Words in messages :
Ex : "I am look to upgrade my laptop memory"
When user type "memory" a link is automatically inserted.
Does this feature already exist or need a custom development ?
