Add-on Automatically Assign Custom Avatars on Registration

I'm looking for an addon that can automatically assign an avatar to users upon registration from a collection of images that I upload. Additionally, I want to disable the ability for users to pick or change their avatars.

Does anyone know of an addon that provides this functionality?

Yes, that doesn't auto pick and set the avatar for the user tho, it allows him to select manually, and I have about 200 avatars, that's why it has to be automatic and random
