RM 1.2 Auto Post Discussion Config?

Hi, I am trying to setup resource manager. I haven't configured since I've had it.

now where is the configuration in options for this where it posts a thread to a Discussions forums when a resource is created?

because I don't see this anywhere in the options for it to specify a Forum Id or anything..
