Support lossless/lossy image size optimization scripts in the core.

In this way images uploaded (and "imported" from the image proxy) will be auto optimized to save disk space, bandwidth and to speedup the download from the members/visitors.

p.s. I know an addons already exists... but this is a suggestion for xenForo core!
