XF 1.2 Auto generated links in email notifs/tweets/etc

Hi all.

Having an issue since upgrading to 1.2. Any auto linking now goes to /forums - for example a link in an email notification earlier today read as:

http://www.mobitog.com/forums/threads/mobitog-upgrade-known-bugs-report.14054/unread

which results in a 'Not Found' error, when it should have read:

http://www.mobitog.com/threads/mobitog-upgrade-known-bugs-report.14054/

The same happens in tweets/FB etc too. Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing? I've checked basic board for index etc, and both are blank, and even tried disabling Xenporta?
