Duplicate Attachments cannot be deleted from a post when attachment count exceeds limit

Attachments cannot be deleted from a post when said post has more attachments than allowed per the limit. As the limit is configurable, that has a high chance of completely locking out editing of existing posts that now exceed the limit.

It should be possible to remove attachments to go below the limit.
