I migrated a forum and all images are now showing as attached files. Is there a way to get all attached files as full size images in posts?

And I assume we are talking about inline attachment tags in the post text?
The vB importer (vB -> XF) does a conversion of inline attachment tags. But in the case of a double import that conversion of attachment tags won't work. There is no easy solution for that.
Or maybe you want to change the size of the thumbnails:
Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Attachments -> Attachment Thumbnail Dimensions
