Attachment Limits?

Is there a limit the amount of space a user has available for attachments

I see no quotas in the current system, only these general limits:

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Attachments

Yeah, I saw those too. Was hoping there were more hiding somewhere. I can't allow users to have unlimited attachment space, I'm not flickr
