XF 2.1 Attached images stopped displaying when post is submitted

Problem seems to have started today for pretty much everyone. When an image is attached you see the image as it is uploaded but then it is not displayed when the post is submitted. You just get a hot link you can click on.

I have tried 3 different browsers, 2 different environments same outcome.

When I posted this I guess Jake was posting in the ticket at the same time as I checked before posting this and no one had replied. Also wanted to be able to post images to better show what was trying to be conveyed.
