The old days. I am not much of a gamer, but dabbled heh
I checked, and you were most likely running an older version of the game. The game is set up as a PWA service worker with local browser caching. It should auto-update the cache on browser reload. So yes, you can install it as a mobile app on Android.
However, I updated the backend scoring system to have a score data signature verification to ensure legitimate scores are accepted. The front end was also updated for this, as well as other changes, such as listing the top 1000 leaderboard scores. But from the logs, I can see you were playing on a version that initially listed the top 50 users (old version) - so old frontend trying to contact new updated score signature verification backend. Later, your browser updated you to a newer version, and I see the top 1000 users list now.
The game also detects score failures and saves to browser local storage and re-tries again later, probably why you ended up with duplicate scores submitted heh.
If you play the game now, score submissions should work again. Though wouldn't hurt to reload the page before playing
