arrowchat and xenforo

not sure where to put this (please move it if i place it in the wrong section)

for some reason it does not auto log me in as into the arrowchats as admin. i am not sure what to do to fix that and i been asking arrowchat for help but nothing. idkif its the integrate cause nothing shows up in my usergroups or xf forums admin panel at all.

is there anyone here that can help me with this issue? thanks
