No that I am aware of. For XF1 there was an addon that enabled such functionality

Maybe if you need it very much, commission @AddonsLab to include it in his Filter Addon, which is a complete suite for Custom Thread Fields. I think there is already a suggestion for it in the thread, but I don't think it is high priority.

Our add-on improves the functionality of thread filters allowing to filter the list of threads by custom fields. The suggestion above could indeed be included in our add-on, in the filter forms, but the system created should power not only the filter forms but also the form of thread creation, where users set the values of custom fields.
This functionality is indeed very useful, at least in some scenarios, but its implementation is especially complicated, and estimated sales of the add-on after implementation of this feature will not cover our expenses involved in developing such solution. If anyone is interested in a funded project, we will develop the feature for a largely discounted price in a short timeframe (10-25 days). Please contact us via a Conversation to discuss the terms.
