XF 1.4 Are ad templated indexed by crawlers?

I am interested in using an Ad template, specifically, ad_message_body, to insert text in(above) posts in certain forums for specific usergroups. My only concern is that, I do not want this text to be indexed/crawled, or interfere with the actual content on the page.

So would this template be indexed? Is there anyway to accomplish this?
