Approval queue's "more" has disappeared

I have 193 entries in the approval queue and there is no function to load more like you used to with the "More" button bottom right. It seems to have disappeared. This has been tried with the default style and all add-ons disabled. Please advise.

Pagination is not available in the approval queue, and hasn't been since at least 2.0.

You can't, though processing the first X items will reveal the next X items and so on.
