Although I like to see Apple get a kicking this just demonstrates the wider problem with copyright and patent laws. Imagine what sort of phones and computers we could all of had by now if years of time and millions of dollars had been spent on research and collaboration instead of lawyer fees and court costs.

Looks like Jobs might be getting that "thermonuclear war" he wanted after all. Sooner or later all of these patent lawsuits are going to cause somebody to implode.
