Just a few ideas based ideas based on my experiences.
Would be nice to see what particular app your updating at the top of the screen throughout the process as it's updating...
Under installed Addons have the date of when you last ran an updated for an app whether its a new version or the date you last reloaded it.
I prefer addon Developers to leave a prefix before their apps so I can remember which Developer or site it came from. So with that I would like the option to custom order the apps and put a prefix before them.
I know this has been asked before but would be nice if the app could someone sync with the Xenforo site for updated versions either make that mandatory or for developers to somehow create the feed or leave it as an option.
