has xenforo a XML / JSON API to become access to forum data ?

Both, I believe.
The only examples I'm aware of are at www.xenforo.com/community/members/908/mini-stats.xml and www.xenforo.com/community/members/908/mini-stats.json

I'd imagine a documentation will be released about it by the developers soon enough.
