Add-on Anyone else think it's a disservice to have all the XTR modifications deleted?

What I don't understand is why you guys don't build an "App Store" like in the Admin panel, so we can easily install addons right from the admin panel, and you guys keep some kind of (quality) control.
At this point I'll have my say too...

I would like a directory on the admin side; for free addons developers can offer a direct download (with installer), then the "INSTALL" button would appear, for paid or generally more complex ones (for example requiring libraries or other dependencies) another button that sends to the developer's page . All via admin panel.

Many CMS have been using this solution for years now.

This would be very cool indeed.

Hello everyone,
First of all, I want to emphasize that I will be going through all the comments one by one.

The rules regarding XF resources are very clear, so there is no justification for criticizing the XenForo Team.✌️

For developers, it is important to first provide support for their products before criticizing the resource policies.
Due to my busy business life involving travel, I haven't been able to provide support for some time. In this situation, the steps I need to take are quite clear:

  • Firstly, we will update the resources in our store.
  • We should inform our members that everything is okay and that they can receive support.
  • We have developed numerous plugins, some simple, some advanced; some have been well-received while others have been criticized. Nonetheless, I am delighted to be part of the XenForo community.(y)
I hope the XF Team will assist us in restoring our resources. However, even if our request is declined, we will respect their decision and continue to offer support through our website.

In summary, life goes on and we will pick up where we left off. Today, we will review the latest version and compile a list of updates for our plugins.

Thank you for your interest and patience.

@XDinc Brother, you are a very solid plugin developer. I'm sure the Xenforo team will fix this. Some situations in life distract us from our activities. But let me tell you this. I saw your support a lot. And I have used most of your plugin. Even plugins you made a long time ago are now working. I still use it in Baby Community. You answered every support request I had.

I appreciate your support. Due to my work life, I could not even publish and add the ready add-on you wanted to buy.
We need to continue supporting all customers as we always have. We will do our best to make a quick return. We have a strong team. (y)

Joomla (and many CMS) are much bigger companies than XenForo. Joomla has ~145 employees; other CMS that are more enterprise or business focus bring in multiple magnitudes more income than XF.

Most individual sc(r)um teams are as large, or twice as large as XF is (may scrum burn in hell, where it belongs).

Not curating is not an option, as the majority of people here do not check who they are using products from.

Compared to the companies you mentioned, I think xenforo is the best. I love xenforo team. I also love plugin authors. I also love Xenforo. If a dedicated guy like me chooses Xenforo then xenforo is the best.

I ALSO RECOMMEND YOU TO RESEARCH THAT XENFORO IS THE BEST AND WHY THE LARGEST COMPANIES WITH THE HIGHEST SECURITY CONCERNS CHOOSE XENFORO, SIR.

Those who want to mind their business can ignore it. Everyone should mind their own business. Mind your own business! @Mouth

STOP POSTING IRRELEVANT AND IGNORANT CONTENT IN TOPICS. YOU'RE PART OF A COMMUNITY, BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY.
You cannot behave poorly and tell people to mind their own business, YOU should be mindful to be relevant and engage with the community, not abuse it.
