thanks brother you are good, but my forum is on subfolder and subdomain so it's not working i got error example . forum.webiste.com

Use cloudflare.
Add in the HTTPS redirect.
Use their cert.

Just wanting an https redirect alone is hardly a reason to use CloudFlare, with XF2 you can enable Enable board URL canonicalization and as long as your board URL is set to the https version it'll redirect anyone accessing site to that domain (will also force www vs non-www at the same time)
