For those who run CentOS 7 servers, I just open-sourced my Ansible role for installing Elasticsearch:

It handles installing the Xenforo script included with the Elasticsearch addon so that you don't have to manually copy the file over to your Elasticsearch folder. You'll still need to purchase/install the Xenforo ES addon manually for this to work.
