XF 1.1 Another staff online now block problem

Hello i am currently using Xenporta. I have the staff online block showing on the forum but it only shows to admin groups. I'd like for members to know what staff members are online so they know who to contact when they are having troubles.. I have no clue why this doesn't show to other usergroups... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Admin CP -> Home -> XenPorta -> Blocks

You probably need to configure the block to show for all groups.

I did this but it doesn't seem to matter. This is why i'm so confused.

Edit: Well.. seems as if i derped again... I was not showing as online so that is why i had this "problem" >_>
