Animation Needed

I have an animation that is for a light/white background. I need to use it on a darker background.

So I'm asking any of you graphics people out there that have experience with images and animation...

Can you work with this image to make it work on a dark background? OR can you make something similar?

Actually that's very good, just the wrong color. I just noticed that I did't add the color background I needed it for. The color is #0000FF.

Don't know if this is of any use to you mate, here's a block background version, I have added the split layers and the .psd if you want to play around with it yourself.
