XF 2.2 Anchor ads from "Expert" spammers confuse new users

We have a new problem with ads that claim to be Expert Consultants when users are not logged in to our site. Can someone tell me how to remove them?
They ask users to register and some are confused that they are registering for our site when they are going to this intruder site.

I turned off the Automatic ad feature for our site which seems to have worked. We now see only the ads both Google and local that we defined with Siropu's ad management system. We restrict the Google ads to the bottom center below content and may also include some inside the forum categories. We will not show any of the popup type at the top.
Our community consists of people who have family timepieces they want to learn more about and actual collectors of timepieces as well as those who make and service them.
