I have found that users find the current PWA installation instructions difficult to follow as the video slides go by too fast. There are also no written instructions or graphics such as arrows that might explain what to actually do.

Honestly, the video is more than clear about what to do to install PWA on iOS. It is read in a loop if you miss something at the first reading. Upload files and manually edit a template to get about the same thing but in photo I don't really see the point.

That's totally a matter of opinion. Trust me, I did not just do this for fun, I did it because I have tested this on several people on one of my forums who did not already know how to do it and, like me, they were unable to follow even after watching it cycle around a few times.

If you get users who cannot follow the video, isn't it worth trying to help them?

I'm very happy that there are of course people who can follow it, this is not meant for those people such as yourself who, along with all their forum members, can easily follow the default video so you can quite happily ignore it.

I’m sure.

Now we have to see what the few members who have encountered difficulties installing PWA on iOS represent compared to those who have little or no difficulty in doing so. But indeed if the average age of the community is more than 50 years old then the explanatory video may be a little light...

But frankly, it's not something extremely complicated either.
 
Does XF provide any stats/data for us to determine he numbers/percentage of our userbase that has web app installed, and/or are using it?
