XF 2.2 Altered Files from Xenforo?

Hello...
I chose 1 click upgrade from 2.2.12 to the latest 2.2.13 and I receive an error stating that 3 files are not what they are supposed to be.



These are the 3 files in question:


The 1st file "add to home.gif" was not even uploaded somehow and the other 2 did.
So I downloaded the update manually and still I receive this error!
I am not understanding why this would happen. Could this be from an old addon or something?

Solved!
I manually uploaded the files 1 by 1 and then rescanned.
The issue I believe was a bad download during the 1 click upgrade, but the strange part is I even downloaded the update manually and installed that and still had that issue.
