[Already Exists] Suspend Functionality for Signatures

I was having a look round MyBB and they have suspend functionality for certain features (such as signatures, etc).

Basically, it allows you to keep your current signature, but disallows you from editing it.

This might be better in add-on requests as I don't think demand for it is really that high...

That feature already exists.

It's controlled by usergroup/user permissions.

Doesn't this require you personally to set the signature, as revoking their permission would revoke their ability to have a signature? *loads up localhost*

Never mind, you're right, it does exist.

If a user already has a signature set and the permission to edit it is removed, the signature remains and will continue to be displayed in posts.
