Allowing only one new thread per 24 hrs, in one forum

Hi all, I'm trying to build my photography forum, and would like to set the Photo Sharing sub forums to only allow one new thread per 24 hours for each member, PLUS only allow one photo upload or image embed in that post.

The idea is that members can only submit one new image per 24 hours rather than post loads at once. The rest of the forums do not need these rules.

How would I go about doing this? Any help appreciated!

You will need to have a custom add-on developed for that functionality.

Yes, you will need a custom mod for each of those functions. They shouldn''t be hard to do. Try putting a request at the Request Add on forum and hopefully someone will code them for you.
