Lack of interest Allowing Media (videos) in Profile Posts

This would be nice if we were able to post videos in profiles. As of right now, even if I use the media tags it doesnt show. Maybe a button to do this...or even an auto link detection mechanism.

I actually like the way profile posts are currently. The problem I had with my vB forum is that people use profile posts as an alternative to posting on the forums, or in private messages. It was way too feature rich. When it comes down to it, profile posts should be very short messages, akin to facebook posts; where people can make short comments in return. It should not be an alternative to the forums or private messages.
