Lack of interest Allow user to enter custom amount for paid account upgrades

Paid account upgrades should have two improvements:

1. Allow the user to select from predefined dollar amounts or enter their own amount
2. Allow a single upgrade to have multiple dollar amount choices in the first place

Both of these improvements would essentially remove redundancy on the upgrades page if you are offering the same upgrade for different prices, i.e.,

Note: The Lite/Free version is available on our website, choose the "Lite" option on the product page. How many paid subscriptions are you losing each month because your users don't know the benefits of purchasing a user upgrade? Do they even...

I think this is a very valuable suggestion, currently we have several upgrades at different prices that all do the same thing.

It’s nice that people offer to pay what they can afford.
