Lack of interest Allow User Banners to have links and be clickable

On my site we offer paid user upgrades to become supporters. Someone may want to click that "RVF Supporter" banner to see what it's about and also become one. Therefore I'd like the feature and improvement to make user group banners linkable, i.e. enter a URL in the configuration so that someone can click it and see what that is about and upsell in the process.
