XF 2.0 Allow URL's and Emails without Getting SPAM

It seems my site won't allow URL's or Emails in messages in conversations or threads. I really don't want SPAM, but I'd like my users to have the flexibility to add these types of things.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to handle this using XenForo 2? Obviously, I don't want it to be wide open to real SPAMMERS though.
