Lack of interest Allow selecting multiple usergroups as an option

It would be nice if \XF\Option\UserGroup::renderSelectMultiple() was available.

Having Add-on authors create text-fields to enter multiple comma separated usergroup IDs is not userfriendly and error-prone

This is very necessary not to develop crutches in their addons
