When members are banned, they don't receive a notice via email as to the reason why they're banned. I'd like to suggest that the conversation message that is created when banning an individual also be sent via email.
Otherwise, the only notice they get is when attempting to access the forum and they see the ban notice. Unfortunately, it doesn't give the specific reason as to why they were banned/suspended.
