Lack of interest Allow Admins to edit the maximum number of RSS Feeds the Feeder should pull from a Feed

The default is 5 and we should be able to edit it without requiring a manual modification of the $_maxEntriesPerImport variable in /library/XenForo/Model/Feed.php.

A simple text field in the RSS Feeder application to determine the $_maxEntriesPerImport value would suffice.
