XF 2.3 all photos missing after update

Today I upgraded the forum from 2.1.6 to 2.3.0, but all of my pictures and avatars in the forum are not visible. I am waiting for your help on this issue. By the way, I still have my old FTP backup.

try disabling all attachments and caching systems in place and check.

I restored the old /public_html/data/attachments folder by looking at the url, but nothing changed.

Why are you restoring folders?

What steps did you take to upgrade?

Is the internal_data directory still in place on the server?

internal_data'yı tamamen atmadım. Sadece içindeki attachments klasörünü yükledim.

I installed from scratch. I removed all plugins in the old forum. I removed my licensed theme. Then I took a complete FTP backup. Then I took a database backup. I deleted all of them and reinstalled 2.3.0 and uploaded the database. this is everything.
