Lack of interest All custom field in Message Users and Email Users

Hi,

Now when we want to send mass PC or Email to users, we can use some tags like {name}, that will be replaced with the username of the recipient.
But this will be awesome if we be able to use all custom fields as tags in our text.
I have a custom add-on for sending SMS to all users and it supports all custom user fields. But I didn't see any option that let me use all custom user fields. (If we can, appreciated if you help me know how)

Of course its for our own sms provider, but with a short api you can use each one you want.

Why is this a lack of interest? There are a lot of use cases for the (gender for example, or birth date). It would be great if you could reconsider this!
